Daily Income Tested Care fee is the maximum amount that would be applied

Minimum booking for all services is for 1 hour

Some providers may allow 30 minute bookings, but this calculator assumes all services are provided in the full hour block

Assumes Provider fees are taken from the initial package amount only, that is the Daily Care Fee and the Daily Income Tested Care Fee are not added to the Package Amount for the calculations of Administraion, Case Management and Advisor Fees

Some providers will have a different fee structure after the package funds have been depleted. This calculator however assumes that the fees remain the same during the package and after the package funds have been used.

Out of Pocket amount - monthly assumes a 4 week period

Out of Pocket amount - 1 Year assumes a 52 week period

Approved organisations receiving a home care subsidy are GST free. Self funded care or co-contributions may have to pay GST on some services.

You may be eligible for a lower cap of Annual and Lifetime Income Tested Care Fee based on your own personal circumstances

The Annual and Lifetime Income Tested Care Fee Cap, does not take into account fees paid to other Home Care or Aged Care providers.
